Fisherman's Wharf is the first place to visit in San Francisco! It dates
back to the Gold Rush when Italian fisherman settled there to catch
the ubiquitous Dungeness Crab. Today, it encompasses the northern
waterfront with shopping at Pier 39, old ships to explore, the "Musée
Mécanique" and don't forget some chocolate at Ghirardelli Square!
